Norwegian Jewel (NCL) - Reception on Deck 6

Reception on deck 6 on board the cruise ship Norwegian Jewel of the shipping company Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL)

The reception serves as a central point for passengers to get help, ask questions and solve problems during the cruise. The reception is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and is easily accessible in the middle of the ship. Next door is the Crystal Atrium with the Java Café, The Galleria Shops, Tango's Tapas Latin Restaurant and the 24-hour Blue Lagoon Restaurant.

The courteous reception staff are on hand to assist passengers with a wide range of concerns, including:

- Information about the ship and its facilities
- Advice on on-board activities and entertainment
- Assistance with excursions
- Solving problems with cabins or services
- Information about the ports of call and the surrounding area

The staff were always very friendly and helpful. Sometimes, however, the waiting times were a bit long.
