The question is often asked whether the electrical appliances you have brought with you can be operated in the stateroom. At the desk there is this multiple socket for different plug systems and mains voltages. Although in Western Europe a mains voltage of 230 V / 50 Hz applies, almost all appliances should also be able to work without problems with the 220 V / 60 Hz of the left-hand socket. The use of irons, kettles or immersion heaters is prohibited for fire protection reasons.
